Sara and Walter's journey began in the 1990s with the revival of native grape varieties and the restoration of historic vineyards that had been abandoned after the war. Their dream came to fruition in 2001 with the establishment of Binzamanna Winery, a tribute to the roots and riches of Martis, transforming the town into a melting pot of sustainable activities and integrated tourism.

The winery is committed to enhancing the natural and cultural heritage of the area, promoting tourism that respects and preserves the environment. The calcareous soils and temperate climate of Martis are ideal for cultivating a variety of grapevines that produce wines of extraordinary body and structure. From Guyot and spurred cordon training systems, each vineyard is meticulously cared for to ensure high-quality grapes, which are transformed into wines with a unique character, such as Cagnulari, Bovale, Vermentino, and Cannonau, each with its own story to tell and flavors to discover.
