To provide assisted navigation services, the Application requires access to the following device sensors:
Location data (GPS): Used exclusively to show the user's location on map and calculate the distance from points of interest.
Bluetooth (BLE): Used to detect "Beacon" sensors located in territory, in order to activate automatic information content.
Note: The Applicationdoes not store or transmitthe user location history to external servers. Processing happens locally on the device for the time strictly necessary to provide the service.
The data is collected for the following purposes:
Service delivery: Allow navigation on the site and use of the App features (maps, beacons, multimedia content).
Statistics: Anonymous and aggregated access monitoring (via Google Analytics with anonymous IP).
Contact: Respond to requests for information or send newsletters (after consent).
Security: Prevention of system abuse and maintenance.
The processing is carried out with computer and telematic tools, with security measures to prevent unauthorized access. The data is processed mainly at the offices of the Owner and on the servers of the suppliers of technological services (Hosting Aruba, Google Cloud) located within European Union.
The Services integrate third-party content and functionality that may collect usage data:
Google Analytics (IP Anonymized):Statistics of use.
Google Maps / Google Fonts: Viewing maps and styles.
YouTube / Vimeo: Reproduction of video content.
Instagram Widget: Viewing social content.
Personal data are stored for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected (e.g. for the duration the installation of the App or until the request for unsubscribing from newsletter). System logs are stored for the necessary technical time to maintenance.
